The re-education of walking in the elderly may be summed up as dealing with all types of imbalances. The evaluation of the fear of falling in patients that have or have not fallen, involves an adaptation to psycho-organic fragility. Reduced muscle strength, endurance, articular amplitude and postural disorders are taken into account so that the goals of there-education are adapted to the patients that have the specificity of not controlling their body as well.
