Training for re-educators : transfer of techniques or teaching autonomy ?
Over the last ten years, the author's professional experience has crossed the projects developed by a French association for aid in development. This commitment has led him to participate in an aid/re-education training programme for an Indian association. For the last few years, the evolution in mentalities has called into question the legitimacy of these humanitarian actions abroad.
The development of this problematic leads to a hypothesis tending to establish the effect of the control of the techniques inherent in a profession on the autonomy of the individual in his professional practice.
