Le diagnostic kinésithérapique est né à partir du modèle de la CIH. L'évolution de cette classification internationale du handicap en CIF nous oblige à repenser notre démarche diagnostique.
Notre réflexion, axée sur nos besoins et nos pratiques, s'est appuyée sur une revue de littérature pour mettre en place une fiche de synthèse qui permet une approche globale du patient. Cet outil nous permet d'expliciter notre démarche
de soin, de justifier nos actes, de communiquer avec les
soignants et de transmettre des informations aux autres rééducateurs.
The physiotherapist diagnosis : pragmatic approach
The physiotherapist's diagnosis was born from the Wood classification of impairments and handicaps. The evolution of this international classification of disabilities in ICF obliges us to reconsider our way of thinking.
Our reflexion, centred on our needs and our practices, was based on a review of literature to set up a card of synthesis which allows a global approach of the patient. This tool can be used in justifying our acts, in explicating and communicating our way of caring for.
