La confrontation des mots cancer du sein" et "grossesse" a quelque chose d'antinomique dans la mesure où la gravité du cancer du sein et son évolution parfois mortelle s'opposent violemment à la grosses, source de vie et de joie.
Aujourd'hui, la littérature est riche de nombreuses publications qui permettent d'asseoir des propositions thérapeutiques qui n'opposent plus le pronostic de la mère à celui du foetus, ni l'espoir de bien traiter l'une sans attenter à la vie de l'autre.
