L'ULNT1 (test neurodynamique du membre supérieur) est le test Lasègue du bras".
Les études biomécaniques ont défini la méthodologie et les positions à prendre pour mettre en tension le nerf médian et le tronc antéro-médial.
Le test a une bonne sensibilité et spécificité dans le syndrome du canal carpien, très bonne spécificité dans les radiculopathies. Sa reproductibilité est très bonne quand on recherche une reproduction de la douleur neurologique.
C'est le test neurodynamique le plus important du membre supérieur. Au niveau du traitement, il permet de soigner les névralgies cervico-brachiales, les compressions du nerf médian (syndrome canalaire) et il est un outil précieux dans les suites chirurgicales du membre supérieur et du cou.
